THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE & SALE

Welcome to the bestmarket.gr Online Store. The Online Store provides its services to you, visitors or customers, only with your acceptance of the following Terms of Use. As long as you visit or make purchases through bestmarket.gr, you automatically accept these terms. Please read them carefully. It is also noted that the use or purchase of any other services provided by the bestmarket.gr Online Store are subject to the specific terms of use, except in cases where deviations from these terms are expressly stated.

1. Product Information

The photos depicting the products are indicative and cannot under any circumstances be binding for bestmarket.gr. In addition, with regard to the technical characteristics and descriptions of the products that come from our partners or suppliers, bestmarket.gr is exempt from any responsibility regarding the validity of their content.

2. Prices

The prices listed on the Website are in euros and include all taxes (23% VAT) except shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and appear during the order while they are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. (Orders over €150 are free of shipping)

bestmarket.gr reserves the right to modify the prices applied to the products on its Site at any time but undertakes to apply the prices listed on the Website at the time of your order.

3. Availability

Please note that we process your order within the framework of our available stocks.

In the event that one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

4. Methods of delivery

Express delivery that allows you to receive your parcel within 24 hours by courier (calculating as the starting date the date of shipment and not of the order and considering only working days).

If your order is placed before 12pm, it will be prepared within the same day, subject to the product you ordered being available in stock.

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products and the shipping location. The delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative and may be subject to change. bestmarket.gr will not be held responsible for the consequences due to delivery delay or loss of your parcel by the carrier.

In the event that the package is not received within the stated deadlines, an inquiry is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no refunds or reshipments can take place.

Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, if not, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten remarks after signature, any anomaly.

bestmarket.gr offers you 4 payment methods:

a.) online via credit card

b.) via Paypal.

c.) Via bank deposit to our company account.

d.) cash on delivery for Courier shipments

Online payment by credit card is made through the "Secure Socket Layer" security system that ensures the encryption of your bank details during their transmission over the network. All payments made on bestmarket.gr are checked and evaluated by Eurobank EFG. For all your transactions on our Website, you are insured by Eurobank EFG. If Eurobank EFG considers that there is a risk and refuses to guarantee the security of a transaction, we are able to refuse to process your order. For payment by bank transfer, the transfer should be deposited in a bank within 2 days from the date of registration of the order. Beyond this limit, the order will be cancelled. 7. Cancellation

8. Return Only products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging with full contents (accessories, instructions for use, etc.) will be accepted for return. Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer when shipping the product (the product shipped at customer's risk). We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and possibly choose a declared value shipment that represents the cost of the products you are sending. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services. In any case, the return is the responsibility of the Customer.

Returns are not accepted in the cases of: Products that are on sale, seasonal items or items that have been specially ordered for you.

Any product that is damaged, or whose packaging is damaged, will not receive compensation. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis carried out by the bestmarket.gr department.
