Return Policy
We will only accept the return of products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging with full contents (accessories, instructions for use, etc.)
Please note that the transport costs are in any case borne by the customer (the product is shipped at the customer's risk).
We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and choose
possibly shipping a declared value that represents the cost of the products you are shipping. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services.
In any case, the return is made at the cost and responsibility of the Customer.
Returns are not accepted in the cases of: Products that are on sale, seasonal items or items that have been ordered, manufactured or assembled especially for you.
Any product that is damaged, or whose packaging is damaged, will not receive compensation. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis carried out by the bestmarket.gr department.
The warranty does not apply to the repair of damages resulting from an external cause (e.g. accident, impact, lightning, electrical surges...), use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's definitions, non-observance of the instructions for good device maintenance, commercial or collective use and improper use of peripherals, accessories or consumables.
Upon reimbursement, the customer is reimbursed to the account of the credit card with which the payment was made or in the case of remittance with a corresponding bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer.
Refunds for canceled orders will be made after 15 days from the date of receipt of the refund. This delay is due to the process of cancellation of the receipt by the accounting office, and the return of counterpayments by the respective Transport Company.
Defective product returns (DOA) can only be made within 7 calendar days of customer receipt. From that date onwards, the warranty procedure provided by each manufacturer applies.
Non-defective products can be returned within 14 calendar days and any refund or replacement is made after our company's technical department has first verified the functionality and integrity of the product and packaging. After 14 days no returns are accepted.
When refunding on completed orders ONLY the value of the returned products plus VAT is refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
